Depending on your course and its requirements, this may include your name, contact details, date of birth, driver’s license information, court or citation details, enrollment and payment records, identity verification responses, course progress, timer activity, quiz and exam results, and completion records. We also receive information you provide when contacting support. Our systems may record technical details such as IP address, browser and device information, session identifiers, and activity needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to manage accounts and enrollment, deliver courses, track required study time, save progress, administer assessments, process transactions, provide support, issue completion records, and submit required reports. We also use it to prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable course, court, agency, and recordkeeping requirements. We limit collection and storage to information necessary for these purposes.
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed as necessary to service providers that support hosting, course delivery, payment processing, communications, or record storage; to courts, motor vehicle agencies, or other authorized recipients when required for your course or completion reporting; and when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users. Providing required completion information to a court or agency is not a sale of your information.

We use browser cookies and similar browser storage for necessary functions, including maintaining sessions, saving language preferences, and supporting course timers and progress. Timer information helps record required study time and resume your course. Timer and progress records may also be stored on our servers. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting necessary cookies or browser storage may interrupt sign-in, timing, or saved progress. Do not rely on clearing browser data to reset required course time.
Record retention and security
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide traffic school and meet applicable reporting, recordkeeping, legal, and dispute resolution requirements. Retention periods depend on the type of record and the applicable course or agency requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private.
Your information and requests
Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, or to ask about deletion. We may need to verify your identity. Some records cannot be deleted while required retention or reporting obligations apply. We handle requests subject to applicable law and explain any relevant limitations. Please do not send passwords or full payment card details by email.
